What is it?
A ready-made company, or shelf company is a dormant company that has already been registered with the relevant authorities and has not been engaged in any transactions. However, it is still important to research the incorporation service firm’s reputation and liability as there might be any hidden legal fees.
Minimum 1 Thai nationality shareholder holding at least 51% shares of the company. We can also help finding the Thai shareholder.
We can also provide an address for registration for a fee of 18,000 Baht per year.
